Visa Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Travel & Tourism Officer to join our team in Erbil. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering is required. * Good computer and technology skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to learn travel reservation, visa, airline, and tourism systems. * Fully command of English, Arabic and/or Kurdish. * Ability to work with online platforms, websites, CRM systems, and digital tools. * Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred, but not mandatory. * Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team. Main Responsibilities: * Handling customer travel and visa requests. * Flight and hotel reservations. * Preparing visa applications and travel documents. * Communicating with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and clients. * Working with travel reservation systems and online platforms. * Supporting the company’s digital systems, website, CRM, automation, and AI-related projects when required.
