Senior Sales Representative

Role Description The Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding DAMA Productions’ client portfolio in advertising and media. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing tailored proposals and quotations. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, and collaborating with production and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The Senior Sales Representative will monitor market trends, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals. • Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer success within advertising, media, or related industries. • Ability to create and deliver professional presentations and proposals, with solid negotiation and communication skills. • Understanding of advertising and media production processes, with the ability to translate client needs into workable service offerings. • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through. • Comfort working on-site in Baghdad and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proficiency in common office and CRM software; experience with sales reporting tools is an advantage. • Fluency in English and local languages is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
