Role Description The Teacher role at بۆتێ is a full-time, on-site position located in Ranya. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching methods to different learning needs, and maintain a structured classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, instructing students according to curriculum standards, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will communicate regularly with learners, colleagues, and, when applicable, families or caregivers to support student progress. Additional tasks may include participating in training sessions, contributing to school activities, and collaborating with the teaching team to enhance educational outcomes. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply instructional methods effectively. • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured lessons and supporting learners’ skill development. • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • Relevant teaching experience in a classroom or similar educational setting. • Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learning needs, and maintain a positive learning environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred. • Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical and inclusive teaching practices.
