Position: Well Testing Project Manager Location: Iraq Department: Downhole Operations Industrial Group Key Responsibilities: • Overall operations management: Fully responsible for managing well testing, TRS, testing, slickline and wellhead-related operations from start to finish, including design review, on-site operations, data monitoring, process coordination and risk control, ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met. • Overall project control: Develop project plans and budgets, coordinate internal and external resources, control costs, and handle changes and critical issues. • QHSE and compliance: Implement safety training, emergency drills, well control and H2S protection; organize pre-job safety analyses; ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. • Team and subcontractor management: Lead the project team, define roles and conduct performance evaluations; manage subcontractors (well testing crews, slickline service providers, etc.) for work quality and contract compliance. • Reporting and closeout: Prepare daily operation reports, completion reports and settlement documents; report progress, costs and technical data to clients and management. Requirements: • Chinese nationality, Bachelor's degree or above, able to work fluently in both Chinese and English. • 5+ years of experience in well testing/flowback-related operations. • 3+ years of project management experience. • 3+ years of experience in workover/completion tendering and bidding.
