Role Overview Join our fast-growing travel tech startup to manage end-to-end travel operations, from bookings to vendor coordination, ensuring seamless and efficient processes. Drive operational excellence and support the company's growth by delivering exceptional travel experiences Key Responsibilities • Providing excellent customer service to corporate clients, travel arranges, individual travelers • Confirming and completing reservations according to internal standards • Managing client requests, providing an efficient and personalized service which caters to international corporate clients' needs • Coordinate and book transportation and accommodation arrangements Includes but is not limited to (flights, trains, and car rentals and hotels) • Arrange and ensure all bookings align with client preferences and policies • Handle and resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly • Maintain and update travel itineraries and documentation (invoices, booking conformations, etc.) • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm details and provide travel support • Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations • Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests and handle emergency situations with professionalism • Stay updated on travel regulations and safety protocols • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Arrange high level business trips with the ability to be adaptive in changing Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or customer service • Preferrable Professional experience related to organizing travels or Call centers • Had the exposure to GDSs including Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre, with a strong track record of accurate and efficient reservation management • Proficiency in travel booking software and tools • Ability to handle travel-related issues calmly and efficiently. • Knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and best practices • Excellent Self-management and good organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and with confidence to create a positive company image • Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays • Role is open for whom are native in Arabic and Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (daily work in English) Personality Traits • 🔥 Biased for Action-thrives in ambiguity, acts fast, and learns even faster • 🌍 Traveler-Obsessed-every decision starts with "How does this help the traveler?" • 🤝 Team Player-collaborates naturally across functions and geographies • ⚙️ Operator Mindset-thrives in start-ups and scale-ups; comfortable navigating growth and chaos • 🎯 Strategic & Executional-balances long-term vision with hands-on delivery discipline Why Rahal • Be part of Iraq's fastest-growing travel platform inside the Super Qi ecosystem • Work with passionate builders shaping the future of digital travel in the Middle East • Solve real traveler problems at scale, from seamless flight booking to next-gen loyalty • Join a Rocketship where ownership, speed, and creativity truly matter • Become part of a regional expansion in the horizon
