Presales Consultant – Security Solutions - Iraq

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant – Security Solutions to join our growing cybersecurity team in Iraq. In this role, you will work closely with Sales teams, technology partners, and customers to design, demonstrate, and position cybersecurity solutions for enterprise, government, and banking clients. Key Responsibilities • Design robust High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) across the cybersecurity portfolio. • Lead technical customer meetings, workshops, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). • Prepare and manage technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and major government and banking tenders. • Work closely with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to understand customer needs and present the technical value of proposed solutions. • Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, solution documents, and bill of quantities. • Support solution sizing, architecture design, and technical validation before submission. • Work with Product Managers and technology partners to adapt solutions to market and customer requirements. • Keep updated on cybersecurity technologies, customer requirements, market trends, and competitor solutions. Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of cybersecurity presales experience. • Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, PAM, and vulnerability management solutions. • Experience handling cybersecurity tenders for government, banking, or large enterprise customers. • Strong ability to develop HLDs, LLDs, technical proposals, and tender responses. • Excellent customer-facing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. • Professional Arabic and English communication skills are preferred. • Relevant certifications such as NSE, PCNSE, CCNP Security, CISSP, or similar certifications are preferred.
